I’ve never microwaved my milk.. but tonight I did and it TASTED so much better than when its cold!!! & it keeps me warm <3 love it!

I officially feel so proud of myself for running for 4 miles on the treadmill with speed 6.. for 45 minutes.. non stop for 40 minutes.. only 5 mins of walking… ahhhhhh.. i need keep it upppp <3
